I have lost / do not have my keycode


If you are missing your keycode, please visit CardQuery @ SWReg. From there you will be able to have your original receipt (including keycode(s)) e-mailed, printed or saved.

You can also see your keycode(s) in your account at the distributor (point-of-purchase), see Sandra Downloads @ Jagged Online, or major distributor.

Please note that as per privacy policy, we do not get your personal details from distributors: thus you need to contact the distributor for any order queries. This includes online sales.

We can forward your message to all the distributors if you do not remember who you bought it from and one of them should find you in their records, as long as it is not older than ~3 years.
