Sandra does not start (generic)

  • If you are using Sandra Lite, please update to the latest version of Sandra. See Download Sites for Sandra Lite.

  • If you are using a commercial version of Sandra (Professional, Engineer, Portable, Enterprise), please visit the distributor's site to download the latest version. Go to Jagged Online Download Site.

  • Check that the computer can connect to Microsoft/Windows Update and that the Root Certificate Update has been applied. This is because our certificate may be signed by a root certificate newer or not present in your Windows version.

  • Check that the date and time of your computer are correct; otherwise the digital signature of Sandra will be invalid thus the program cannot start.
