Privacy: Who owns the data posted to the Price Engine?

Solution To our best belief at time of publication, it is owned by its respective owner(s), i.e. the makers of the products queried.

Why do we think it owns it and not you, the user?

Because the software (Sandra) generates the queries for price automatically and the query itself (the data) consists of product names to query the prices for: this is neither original nor unique.

The names of products are owned by their makers/licensors/as appropriate, not you.

All trademarks acknowledged, used for indentification only under fair use.
